    Showed up on time, thought I got shorted one qt of oil. But it was my mistake as I hadn't opened all the packaging. So I called and they answered promptly, took my order number stated he would be right back. Just a few seconds later stated he'd watched video and there was two plastic bags one had three qts the other had two. It was my mistake I apologized. Stated I'd give them a ten star. When and if I ever need parts again they'll be first one I use. Was worrying on my Yamaha trike.
