Basha was advertised as a Level 1. I understood it was not new, and would have slight issues of usage. However, after received it and going back and reading how it was advertised... this basha had more than 12 pin holes and 2 eyeletts were missing. I really tried hard to like the Basha; however, although I'm not able to return it. I wanted future customers to know - Buyer Beware. I reached out to seller, however, no one responded. V/r, SH

It's a shame you feel the need to say that we didn't respond. We've been in constant communication with you over this issue trying to come to a resolution. You've not provided photographs which depict any of this apparent damage, and you had the item for well over a month before deciding to contact us. Three of us checked the item before sending to Hawaii to avoid this kind of issue. We are here to resolve the problem for you when you can provide us with clear photographs of the apparent damage.
