Was told it was a new item but when it arrived whereas it was sealed it contained the wrong items. Contatced seller and was left hanging that they'd look for a replacement item. Not convinced it was new. Returned and refunded pretty straight forward.

It was not wrapped in the same way that Hallmark wraps ornaments. It had clearly been previously opened and re-wrapped with the broken piece sitting on the outside of the tissue paper in the clamshell in the box. I contacted the seller and received short sarcastic responses, iterating that I'm lying and that I broke it myself. This is not the way to run a business. Instead of making it right they just continue to argue.
