Item was in mint condition. Advertisement S new in box came with plastic wrap on and all accessories new and sealed. Item does work but the battery will not hold a charge. I was expecting some battery issues as this item has been sitting for 10 years, it was discontinued over 10 years ago. Im happy to have found it. EBay shipping is slow and expensive but thats not a fault of the seller.
