    Shipping was quick, packaging was nearly completely destroyed when they arrived, packaged in nothing more than a used shoe box and some paper. Shoes are in much worse condition than advertised, one is completely missing the tongue and both heels are very worn out. Soles have wear consistent with my expectation. I don't fault the seller for me not asking for additional pictures before purchasing, however "Used - good condition" is a fallacy with shoes in this poor of condition.
