Although by the looks of it, the pins were bent around the middle part, which suggests the bending occured due to excessive force applied on top of it, such as the weight of other items during shipping. I managed to bend the pins back up. I have yet to test this processor, but am leaving a 5 star rating for the fast shipping and reasonable cost. Thank you seller.
