Buyer said the heater didn't work so I told him to do a return and I would provide a return label and a refund. We went back and 4th about it but he wanted me to send him another without him sending the first one back. I asked him several times to do the return but he refused. He then threatened to leave negative feedback if I didn't do what he wanted and I didn't so he left this feedback. Right from the get go I smelled a rat and wish I could put the whole interaction on here for all to see.
