Item not as described. Product was not 'NEW'. It was perhaps new over a decade ago. The first roll of insulation was covered in full length rust stains over 30% of outer layer of roll. The product itself cant rust. After pointing that out seller provided a different roll however on all rolls silver insulation foil was clearly decomposing. After picking up the bags my hands were entirely black from industral contaminents due to the manner of storage and age of product.
