Seller poorly wrapped my item. The sweater was one big wrinkle. I contacted seller several times with no response. She did have a no return policy. Wonder why? A person pays good money for an item then the item isn't worth wearing. Very poor seller. I asked to return the item with full refund. Sure hope other buyers won't buy from her. Really sad that a person would do this to other people. Wonder if the tables were turned how she would feel if she was the buyer!
