Item was damaged, refund was issued on March 7th, 2024. I talked to eBay CSR about this problem and it is resolved.

Not true.Nothing (no notifications or responses) at all till March 12 when I opened a request for refund.You called Ebay CSR to remove this feedback & of course they had no reason to but suggested you send a FB revision request that you rudely sent saying " Refunded ! " You never had any intention of responding or mailing out said product. There was no respect or even a apology, very poorly handled & not truly resolved.
