A really good purchase both in the sense of quality and usefulness, the bag has lots of space with cushioning to protect your lenses and camera and side pockets for you filters/converters etc so I would certainly recommend the item to all from beginners to experts.as regards the seller the bag arrived ahead of time and was very carefully packaged I had no reason to contact the seller so don't know how communication would've been but I'm sure any issue's would've been resolved quickly
