At his request, I sent the buyer 3 sets of cables with power supplies and additional batteries, now he is not responding to my messages. Everything was sorted out within a week. He claims that the USB cables are of poor quality. As you can see, not a customer who would be satisfied with just a full refund and keeping the item. Thank you
