    Item arrived smashed on one side and two ornaments had fallen off from the same side. The lights worked so I decided to keep it because I could fix the issues. Although the tree was put in a bag and then a post office box, they did not provide enough cushioning. I would like to think this was a one time incident. I sent a note to the seller regarding the issue but have not received a response yet. The seller was gracious to accept my offer on the tree and shipping was very prompt.
