    For 8.5" rise) pant --they should be 2" to 3" bigger around the Waist. I believe-these pants have been altered They do fit a size 0. and a very tall gal at that! My Ralph Lauren perfectly fitting size 2 pants (with same 8.5" ) measure 2" bigger on the Waist. I was certain a size 4 would come up higher on the waist---for it being so snug! (or be even looser- than my size 2) there is no room to let them out, or I would have happily done so. Otherwise *good-condition Ralph Lauren pants.
