    I ordered a bundle of x500 bags and boards. Unfortunately x300 of the boards were for a larger size bag, and therefore didn’t fit/were too large to fit in the bags that were sent in the order. I was eventually offered a refund if I returned the whole order, by which time I had already prepared the x200 correct bags and boards in the order, so returning all x500 was incredibly inconvenient. I think it was an honest mistake but nevertheless I won’t be buying from them in bulk again.
