They were willing to ship me another one/refund me for replacement. Also forgot screws in the second battery. The battery was in good shape, for the first one pristine *new* condition, and the other one seemed to be worn, but the box it came in was completely taped up. It was damaged, the battery itself wasn't, just the box and the case itself. Would buy again. Just provide more care.
