    Description of the item was spot on and was available at a good price. The packaging was well done and protected the item appropriately. As this letter opener was completely flat, there wasn't much need for special shipping as the item could have simply been mailed like any standard envelope. Small, inexpensive items, though, always run into that relatively high cost of shipping compared to cost of the item itself.
