- c***r (2040)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseThe seller was polite and prompt, but did refund the product because it was shipped in summer heat without protection like a freeze bag or bubble wrap. So it arrived liquified. This is the first time I was sent chocolate in just a priority envelope and the whole mailing was hot when I picked it up. Now I will make sure I ask a seller to explain the protection used to avoid melting.
