Problem was the phone was still paired to an iCloud account rendering it unusable (also trackable by former owner) I tried over the course of a week or so to contact the seller and see if they could remove the device from their account. Absolutely zero communication or attempt to fix this problem. eBay had to step in and give a refund but dear god this is such an easy problem to fix if they just talked to meFollow-up from: *****- Feedback followed up by buyer.- Feedback followed up by buyer.seller has reached out, issue has been resolved and was very sorry for what happened. seems it was down to the simple fact that since they dont really sell phones it seemed like spam to someone on the team, once that was found out he fixed the issue almost immediately so i retract my negative mark (ebay wont let me but ideally this will help in some sort of way)
