If the buyer experiences any fault it should be reported to us as we offer a one year warranty. We can then check the possibility of either an exchange or a refund but in this case, the buyer claims the fault was identified and that he paid someone to repair the item although no proof of this was supplied. We did ask for documentation to show work had been carried out but this was never provided.
