On 8/20 a claim was initiated, still no part by 8/25. I realize these things happen but the seller refuses to issue a refund or ship a replacement part. Further, they are unable to provide a resolution date or any means of correcting the issue other than for me to purchase another part even though I never received my initial purchase. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND.
