Yes, I have emailed the buyer. There was a problem with the address provided. The Post Office flagged it. I also noted "Problem with address" on the cancellation request. I contacted seller support and they walked me through how to cancel the order. I've asked the buyer to confirm the address is correct or provide another one. (This address is overseas.)
