Received this book. The cover is quite sensitive and fragile that I had to be careful not to tear it but keep for my researching. When I opened on the first page as there written: "Julia Ford, 1966" which it was 58 years ago but still in good condition! No write, marked, tear or damage on each paper, it look like minted since 1966. Really happy with this book that I need to get it for my own researching. Thank you very much! A++++
