Bad compressor right out of the box. Clutch wouldn’t engage. Ordered a replacement from another seller and that unit worked flawlessly with no issues right out of the box.

What the customer has failed to mention is that they "bench tested the clutch" and when this was done failed to realize that the clutch coils on this compressor are polarity sensitive which means electrical flow can only flow in one direction. Well genius here hooked up the positive and negative on the wrong wires and blew the diode out of the coil causing it not to work. So when we mentioned this to them, they left us a negative feedback. READ WIRING DIAGRAMS BEFORE BENCH TESTING!
