Seller is courteous when they eventually do get around to communicating, which believe me it takes them a while, but the experience overall is not good. Supposed to be new part, received unsealed dirty worn part in open plastic envelope with a part number different from that in the description. Seller eventually granted a small partial refund, though process took some time due to slow and spaced out communication.
