Bought the kenko UV filters in Dec 21, 21, the items didn't get shipped until Jan 4, 22. Crazy! Why 15 days? Never explained and updated me. After I kindly sent a follow-up message on Dec 29, the seller didn't respond but just created a shipping label. Still did NOT send the items. Contacted the seller again after a week, finally the seller responded. Items were shipped but with different shipping label. Come on. Don't play games! Firstly the item arrived in the first day of estimate delivery time (Jan 5). Shipping procedure was completed in December. There was mistake on sending tracking number but shipping process was correctly done. I would appreciate your understanding.
