Seller is incredibly dishonest and unethical. They put a wrong item description (INAD) that's extremely relevant to the expected performance/behavior of the item: they claimed a machinist vise clamp was stainless steel despite it rusting immediately after washing with dish soap and tap water. When asked, they didn't acknowledge the INAD, lied that I can't return the item, and claimed I damaged the item from improper handling/cleaning. Issues happen, but handling it honestly is 100% YOUR choice.

Ebay was contacted regarding this issue and advised us how to proceed. If the customer was dissatisfied the item should have been returned immediately. When washing tools they must be thoroughly dried otherwise rust will appear. We are resellers of tools not specialists, items are represented to the best of our ability and it is the buyers responsibility to verify prior to purchasing. You forgot to mention that you were fully refunded. As for INAD can't locate any term related to tools!!!!!!!
