    The item had a posting that it looked like the manufacturer or a very high end IT guys explanation that the ram should work at throttled speeds since the specs were pc3-8500 it was said that he thought the faster pc3-12800 sticks would perform at the slower speed. They didn’t. I messaged this seller, told him the circumstances. He refunded the purchase without asking to return the product. Absolutely zero questions or accusations that I was the seller me that was wrong. This guy is legit
