Camera is sharp & clear and pan,tilt, and zoom all work well but it has a problem remembering preset positions. Comes close to the saved positions but have almost always had to make minor adjustments to get it where it is actually supposed to be pointing. Not a deal breaker, just a minor annoyance. All in all a good camera for the money.
