    I ordered the item & for weeks on tracking it said the shipping label was created. Never received the item. I was unable to message the seller directly at all until I complained about not receiving the item several days after it was supposed to be delivered. I had to threaten with leaving a bad review to get the seller to respond. All of my money was refunded & the issue was resolved - the seller seemed apologetic & i want to believe this isn’t their fault, some freak accident. Buyer beware.
