    Seller did not keep to our written agreement on price and charged $1.84 extra for no good reason. Also used only 1/4 inch of padding on one side, so it was lucky it arrive without obvious damage and likely has hidden damage from shocks in transit.

    Buyer received 50% discount. $1.84 was for postage which was not anticipated. I asked him to return the 85 year old piece of equipment if he was not satisfied. In consulting with the PO on packaging, they declared it was adiquit.
