We asked the customer questions pertaining to install to help with diagnosis of the concern at hand. They stated they did not add oil to the compressor. Which is the same as not adding oil to an engine. the compressor is destroyed internally due to the "professional" not following proper a/c compressor installation protocols. Therefore voided the warranty. Follow proper installation procedures and you will not have any issues.
