      I specifically ordered a 100 pack of pink masks. What did I receive? 100 blue masks. I order these masks for my mother, not myself. So she was just as unhappy by this as I was. The seller is only willing to compensate with a partial refund, because otherwise, it means I have to pay for return shipping, and I refuse to do that, because this is a mistake made by the seller, not by me. I doubt that I'll purchase from this seller again. Seller isn't even responding.
