And that presents a problem when you don't have these items in hand. With that being said communication was great and everything that went wrong got fixed. These are some good knives and I don't look down on who made them or what country. I admire quality for what it is. These do come from Pakistan not America. But they are worth it if you are willing to wait. Made of good carbon steel.
