I contacted the customer service by email to answer a question about the energy ratings shown on the bulbs and I received a response within minutes. They gave me an update on the changes that had been made to energy ratings over the last few years which reassured me that I had received the correct item. And they said they'd be happy to help if I was not satisfied. I would recommend this company.

It must be a pain to be a stockist of these things - there are so many combinations and interpretations of rating, colour etc! Fortunately, the bulbs delivered match the colour temp of my existing, so no overall complaint. This is despite my ordering of 3000k but the bulbs delivered being marked 2200-2700k. Of course, the best advice would be to replace my entire set of 12 to get a good match, rather than a single failure. So any mismatch I now have is not fault of this store.

On contacting the seller, they apologised and dispatched the item which was received a couple of days later. Mistakes happen, the important thing is that they are rectified without fuss which was done here.
