The connection was chipped so I asked for a replacement and a rep from Tronics Center refused to send me another one. I would’ve gladly sent back the first one they sent me but instead they refused and told me to use what I got since it was “tested.” Yes it works but still, a chipped connection is not ideal for a Macbook I use daily. I didn’t want to go through a return process and THEN order another one so I just used it since it does work, I’ll buy another if I have to but not from TronicsCent
