I had to email them in which I got a response saying they haven't got the item from their supplier yet (listing for an item they don't have). Was told 5-8 days before they receive and then on to me. No further update. A couple of weeks later I had to email again. Still no item. Asked for a refund and told would be processed in 1-3 days. A week later no refund and asked eBay to intervene. I've had to remind them everything along the way. Very disappointed.
