The tires were unlabeled solid tires that would not fit over the rims. I found that the postage rate was what the USPS charged. Communication wasn t the best. Just a simple return them. All said and done the Seller refunded me completely and my grandsons little die cast bank that survived his great grandpas house fire, still needs a couple new tires.
