    Send me the wrong connection for the item Contacted him and he just kept asking for more pictures which I already sent had him speak to the gas safety engineer, instead of making it correct and send me the correct piece which I ended up buying it from outside for £20 instead of apologising for the mistake , paid call out charge to the engineer for nothing till I bought the correct connection but the rest of the equipment was fine and in good working order

    Hi - Thanks for the feedback. On investigation the listing has two pieces of information that don't match, we describe the item as 1" which it is, but also 28mm which it isn't, it's actually 25mm, this is a listing error for which we apologise, we have now amended. As soon as you highlighted the error, we made contact and left a message, to date we still haven't made contact and we're unsure what you want us to do. The feedback indicates you've resolved it but you're asking for a replacement
