The bad... the first control box was missing important parts. They argued for a long time about how i was at fault, somehow. The replacement control box was damaged in shipping. There was no bubble wrap, newspaper or anything other than an extra layer of cardboard in the box. I gave neutral but it was really a completely negative experience. They finally made good.

I had the other half of my order a day later. I’m sure the shipping alone ate up any profit margin but customer service and response/correction was insanely fast! Thank you very much. Part installed and functional!!!!’
