Obviously not USB3. Does not even have the extra 5 "wire connections" that USB3 has inside the tip. You can see these with a magnifying glass on a real USB 3 device. Seller still sells these, although that is a scam too that he just doesnt want to remove the listing. He jacked price up from $2 to $50. eBay probably tracks something like listings cancelled after case. No replys.
