    The price was a bit higher than expected, and the negotiation wasn’t straightforward at first. I’m not sure the seller would’ve engaged at all if I hadn’t spoken up. Also, the product description could’ve been more accurate—'used' is too vague. Something like 'excellent' or 'fair' would’ve set clearer expectations. I received it with noticeable scratches, which I wouldn’t classify as 'excellent'.
