this was supposed to be New... this was definately a used pillow and had the smell of a plethera of different essential oils... horrible seller to list this as new... i should get a refund of funds....i dont mind buying used things as long as they are used prices... i find selling used as new as a very decietful selling practice... dont buy from this seller...
