Have dropped 1 star as the Yodel delivery driver gave 2 tiny knocks on the front door (i have a working bell) , then left the parcel propped against my front door. I live on a main road so anyone could have taken it. If i hadn't luckily been in the hall at the time would never have heard it..it takes me a while to get to the door. By the time i had, he was gone
