      To mitigate until such time as one hopes this defamatory comment will be removed - the customer wanted us to cover the cost of their return from the USA to the UK for a children's nursery backpack which they claimed was 'mini'. We describe and dimension the product accurately and as such, whilst happy to accept the return, would not cover the cost for a remorse return which is hopefully more than understandable given it would cost us more than the item. We've reported the matter to eBay.
