My German isn't the best but they did their best to support me in English. Sadly, during shipping the hard drive got damaged... Which was 100% the couriers fault since the computer was packed extremely well.Due to the hard drive being faulty, I had to reinstall with a spare drive I had and they sent over the drivers via mail. Great purchase, great communication and highly recommended!
