    This switch deftly replaces the OEM Patton fan switch, It's labeled line, 1 2 3 so 4 wires. You don't need a wiring diagram. Red is 3, blue is 2, black is 1. Line is the ridged wire. Wire nut the neutral to the white wire, the smooth wire is the neutral. The switch shaft is more robust than the Patton, same for the actual knob. The wires just push into the switch contacts.
