Don't be fooled, they don't ship the different connectors for the different attachments to the endoscopes as seen in the images

We do not sell those adapters. Actually those adapters come attached with Storz endoscopes and you should remove it before connecting our light source. It should be removed, why would we sell it?!
This picture you attached shows that the light source connects after removing the adapter which is also stated in the product description!
