      Wrong item delivered. Seller says item ordered was out of stock so they sent something else. This is totally unacceptable. This was done without consultation. What I received was not what I wanted. This seller needs to do better. I will be returning this item at my expense and request a refund.

      The customer was sent an LED lamp instead of the Halogen he bought, customer complained and we explained the situation and offered a return label if he just wanted to return it, we never told him to pay for the return shipping, he just decided to not respond anymore to our message, so yes this is the second part of the story, but why not, "lets lie and leave a seller a negative feedback, it will help with my anger problems"
