    I ordered boots, but the seller sent the wrong pair in poor packaging. One boot was scratched, the insole label was worn, and the box was damaged. They sent a newer model without my consent, which differed from the photos. The price was overpriced, and the seller ignored my messages and refused a refund. The box is damaged by water but the courier packaging was completely intact so this damage is from before they were shipped. Messaged today for a refund or replacement item but received no response from the seller. Needed for this weekend but now I am out of pocket and have no shoes for the event.
